My name is Monique Sewell Bennett, I work in the Product Engineering Team as a Project Manager. 

I am naturally organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and self-directed. My nature is taking on challenges and “Getting Things Done”!I have been working at Switchee since September 2022, it is a melting pot of unique personalities and very interactive between departments. 

The constant fountain of ideas from each person is fully realised and implemented into improvements within the company. To conclude, a workforce with a heart to achieve the best for its residents.

Outside of Switchee, I have over 30+ different house plants that I maintain on a daily basis, I am obsessed with buying plants that are suffering and bringing them back to life, #PlantDoctor. Also, as half of my heart is in Jamaica, I spend most of my time after work catching up on Jamaican affairs with a sprinkle of Reality TV Shows.
