DEIB initiatives to date

All of our new starters have a DEIB session during their first 2 weeks of onboarding, which focuses on explaining our values, purpose and motivations behind building an inclusive culture. They are directed towards a selection of recommended books, videos and resources on the subject.

Switchee conducts a variery of workshops aimed at raising awareness and education:
- Neurodiversity in the workplace
- Ramadan employee experience
- Suicide Prevention Awareness
- Cancer Survivor Physical Health Awareness talk

We know that managing a diverse workforce is not easy and is definitely not something they ever teach you in school! Switchee aims to provide our managers with as many resources as possible to support them on this journey.
