A business' most valuable resource is its employees.

I joined Switchee in summer 2022, and I'm helping  Switchee look after its employees: helping them with all people and employment related matters, organizing our fun socials and retreats, supporting their growth, and making sure everyone enjoys their journey with us. In a nutshell, our job in the People Team is to make Switchee a great place to work, for everyone.

For me,working at Switchee is more than a job: Switchee is making a real difference in Social Housing and in a lot of people's lives, and makes a meaningful contribution towards a greener environment, and everyone here takes pride on the work we do.


Outside of work, I enjoy cycling around London, listening to podcasts, and playing tennis and table tennis. I can also talk for hours about comic books and tv shows.
