Hi there, I'm Lauren!
I joined Switchee in July 2022 as a Customer Operations Representative. My role involves helping residents with any issues that their Switchee has and troubleshooting problems, amongst working as part of the wider operations team.Working at Switchee appealed to me because of their company values resonating with my own, and the genuine people who work here.

Outside of work I love visiting new countries, cooking, animals - especially my cat Tipi, and yoga.
