I joined Switchee in July 2022 as Technical Support Manager. My role involves leading the support function with a specific focus on strengthening processes and procedures that help to bring out the best in our support team. Our ultimate goal is to provide proactive quality support to our Customers, Residents and Installers. For me, the reason I was eager to join Switchee was due to their progressive way of working and their passion to make a real difference in social housing residents’ lives and homes. I love having the opportunity to apply my prior energy efficiency and retrofit experience and skillset to the role.

In my personal life, I am a keen nature lover so love to get out into the great outdoors with my dog Bhaloo and cat Hedgehog whilst taking close-up photos of all the wonders I come across. I am passionate about sustainability, the circular economy, energy efficiency and waste reduction. I count myself as incredibly lucky to have a large garden which I am slowly trying to fill with plants and flowers that support pollen lovers and other beneficial wildlife whilst also learning to grow my own veg. I have a wide range of interests - photography, playing the guitar, piano and the bougarabou drum, writing poetry, drawing, herbalism, building useful items out of reclaimed materials and tinkering with electronics and solar photovoltaics for the garden.
