I joined Switchee right in the middle of the pandemic when the team was small and everyone was in lockdown. However, this experience has only made me build closer relationships with our employees as we've been in contact more often, having fun on virtual socials and the many video calls.

Fast forward 2 years, and we've grown to 40 people, created progressive people processes and hired amazing talent into the People team to get us to 60+!

I could not be more proud of the culture we've built and the people we brought on board. I am very passionate about employee experience and happiness and this remains the focus of my role through "fire and ice".

In my personal life I enjoy traveling, spending time with my two very different dogs Cody the Doberman and Dude the Chihuahua and playing a slightly embarrassing amount of video games on PlayStation.

P.S. I am very bad at looking after plants, as you can clearly see by that sad little palm tree :D
