🚀 Exciting Opportunity to Join Our Growing Operations Team! 🚀
Our Mission
At Switchee, we believe everyone deserves to live in a comfortable home, and that where we live plays a huge role in our ability to succeed. Social housing, a vital sector with the right values, has historically faced challenges in adopting innovation. Many residents still live in cold homes they can’t afford to heat, often dealing with damp conditions.
We are driven by the belief that internet-connected technology can change this, ensuring every resident lives in a comfortable, affordable home. Our products are built with cutting-edge technology and a strong understanding of what people need from the space they live in.
Our reimagined thermostat reduces energy bills, looks great, and gives control to residents. We’re also revolutionising how social landlords manage their housing stock with our bespoke SaaS dashboard and proactive alerts. Our goal is to create the ultimate connected hub for the social home, transforming both resident and landlord experiences.

Administrative Support: Manage key administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
Invoice Validation: Confirm and validate installer invoices and completed work to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Project Support: Work closely with the Project Manager to assist in the delivery of projects on time and to a high standard.

Adaptable & Proactive: You excel in a dynamic environment, ready to tackle challenges head-on and find effective solutions.
This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to be part of a team that values innovation, efficiency, and progress. As a remote-first role, you’ll have the flexibility to deliver results in your work environment, with travel required only when necessary and planned in advance.
