Quarterly company offsites
We’re a remote-first organisation, but we come together every quarter for 2 days, including once a year, for a 3-day Switchee retreat to celebrate achievements and plan for the future. These gatherings are a key part of our culture and can take place anywhere in the UK, with door-to-door travel fully compensated.
We always provide plenty of notice on the timing and location to ensure you can attend and make the most of these events. -

Switchee cares about your mental health.
